Black pudding stuffed chicken breast

Yes that’s right after having it so many times at the pub in the UK I decided it was time for me to make it. 

So I got my chicken breasts at the supermarket. 

Also the black pudding,  I surprised when I found it in the supermarket here. 

So I cut a small pocket in the side of the breast to stuff it with black pudding   

I decided to wrap it in parma ham. 

As you can see below it looks good before it was even cooked. 

I heated the oven to 200 degrees C. Then cook it for 30 minutes. 

It came out really nicely. I don’t usually cook chicken in the oven. So it was something different for me. 

We both really enjoyed it. I even got a review. 

Christopher Tibbs – it was very tasty and I’d have it again.
