The Van Gogh museum

Published July 3, 2015 by theycallmemrstibbs

As some of you are aware about 2 weeks ago we went to Amsterdam and went to the Van Gogh Museum.
I tried to take a very grown up picture of us on the train, but it turned out like this.

But we still like it.

Before we got in we saw awesomely huge models of Everyone’s Favourite Dutch rabbit Miffy.

And of course we were that close we want to get a picture with twinkle twinkle little star Miffy.

It was a great day apart from the huge queue to get in.
But luckily because we have a Museumkaart each, we managed to avoid an even bigger line of people.

We found out when we go inside we couldn’t take any photographs. 😦

There were some great paintings but unfortunately we found out that Starry Starry Night is actually in New York.  So no chance of us seeing it unless we decide to go to New York.

We were going to go to the Anne Frank Museum but it was queued around the block, it would have taken us at least 3 hours to get in.

After going for some more walking around Amsterdam I did advice Christopher that I need some lunch due to my medication.
So we went for a little walk around and came across an Irish pub so it was win win.

We were so happy that this place had chips and vinegar it felt really Irish.

I was even happy that they had HP Sauce.

Then we saw the best sign ever.

For those of you who don’t know this is what the the band The Pogues were named after. It means kiss my arse.
