It’s no longer my birthday!!!

Published October 24, 2013 by theycallmemrstibbs

As the title suggests it has been my birthday and in good old Lisa style I made it last nearly a week.

We started off by going to Christopher’s physio first thing in the morning. I know such a rock’n’roll way to spend my birthday sitting there reading a book. But, hey-ho its one of those things.

We got back from physio and we thought we could wait to go for lunch/dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, but we ended up going earlier than originally planned. We do have a plan for when we eat there of not eating all day and then we can eat our meals.

That plan happened like normal but we were both that hungry we couldn’t pause to take pictures of the meal.

However we did take cheesecake home, I happened to mention it was my birthday and I was presented with a piece of cheesecake with a candle in it.

Graphic added by me. The Cheesecake Factory are good but not that good.

It is a s’more cheesecake, it had graham crackers base, double chocolate filling, graham cracker on top with a freshly melted marshmallow.

I know I look as if I’m going OOOO but i was blowing the candle out. But it was yummy and ended up lasting us 2 or 3 days.

We decided over the weekend before that on the Friday we should go to Universal Studios because we had a two-day pass that needed to be used by December and my birthday sounded like a good reason to use it.

Due to it being October there was a Halloween theme throughout the park, we could have gone in the evening to witness the walking zombies but we would have had to pay an extra $25. So the answer was NO!!!

I’ll warn any squeamish people now most of the pictures are the Halloween displays and I think they are mainly self-explanatory.

Chucky isn’t that bad he didn’t attack me. After this we watched Child’s Play 2 and we actually found it more funny that scary.

Even the zombie women just love Christopher

I promise they are the only “scary” pictures.

Then the happy times started with Stewart and Dave the minions!!!!

Then we watched Scooby, Woody, Winnie, George and Fievel dance.IMAG1135

Just incase we wanted “anything” here is Apu’s Kwik-E-Mart.

Who’d have known Doc Brown served chicken??

Christopher came out with the best comment about this place, “it isn’t an authentic Irish pub there’s no one outside and its 11 am”

The it came to Birthday Present Time!!!!

She is so fluffy.

Like I said the celebrations lasted nearly the whole week I do have more to talk about but that will be my next blog post.
